The accommodation cost should be paid in full in advance on confirmation of booking. Details of how the payments can be made will be explained in the reservation availability intimation e-mail sent to the guest. In case advance is not paid within 3 working days from the confirmation of availability, the reservation stands cancelled.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a reservation up to 7 (seven) days of arrival date, will incur a cancellation charge of 25% of the booking amount. Cancellation of reservation within 6 (six) days of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the booking amount.

 

Refund Policy

In case of refund,

Cancellation of a reservation up to 7 (seven) days of arrival date, will incur a cancellation charge of 25% of the booking amount. Cancellation of reservation within 6 (six) days of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the booking amount.

  1. For Indian Nationals , direct transfer of refund amount less bank charges if any will be done to bank account of guest in India.
  2. For Foreign nationals , refund will be made to their credit card after deducting any bank charges

Booking procedure

  1. Interested guests can send us booking reservation through ‘‘Make a Reservation’ page or via direct email to reservation@naturecastle.in with details of their requirements
  2. If the Nature Castle is available for the requested date, a availability confirmation mail will be send to guest. In case, not available, next possible dates will be intimated to the guest
  3. If guest is happy with dates and terms, he can make the payment to the bank account specified in the reservation confirmation mail.
  4. Once the advance is received, the final confirmation mail will be send to the guest and booking will be made in the name of the Guest. This mail along with photo id should be provided at the time of check-in at Nature Castle.
